Bio of Ingrid Anderson Sampo
Ingrid Anderson Sampo has had seven short stories published; Incident at the Tom Thumb and The Long-Fingered Women in LakesAlive magazine; and Crimes of the Heart, American Geisha, Sleight of Hand, Daisy, and Nordic Craftiness in the Rockford Review.
She has studied under authors Faith Sullivan, Jonis Agee, Mary Sharratt, and Alison McGhee at the Loft Literary Center, Minneapolis, MN; and has attended the Minneapolis (MN) Writers Workshop Conference, Bloomington Theater and Arts Center Writer’s Festival and Book Fair; and the Flathead River Writers Conference, Whitefish, MT.
Ingrid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Concordia College, Moorhead. MN and has taught English literature and writing. A past communications professional, Ingrid now works in Fund Development.
